The tuition rate is determined annually. Consideration is given for families with more than one child enrolled at Notre Dame Catholic School. Tuition may be paid in full by Orientation day or in payments set up through the Business Office with FACTS. All families must register with FACTS. Most fees and textbook rentals are included in the tuition. For more information, contact the Business Office.

Anyone requesting tuition assistance must fill out an application through FACTS for each year that they are requesting tuition assistance.

- Bishop’s Scholar Fund
The Bishop’s Scholars Fund was established in 2006 to increase available tuition assistance for families who demonstrate financial need. The goal is to offer affordable Catholic school education to as many families as wish to send their children to a Catholic school.The Bishop’s Scholars Fund provides tuition assistance to families in need ensuring that children seeking an education in the Catholic tradition will be assured the opportunity. Funds are awarded based upon a merit plus need basis
- Arndt Family Scholarship
The Arndt family scholarship was set up several years ago as a way to honor Mr. and Mrs. Richard D. Arndt, who were founding members of Our Lady Queen of Peace parish. In addition, all four of their children graduated from Notre Dame. Each year, one student is selected to receive a lower grade school scholarship. This is to go to a deserving student whose parents desire a Catholic education for their child, but are unable to afford it. Scholarship funds are designated for a deserving student in grades 1-5
- Notre Dame Tuition Assistance Fund
The Notre Dame Tuition Assistance Fund is a pool of allocated funds provided by Notre Dame Catholic School for the purpose of helping provide affordable Catholic school education to as many families as possible. These funds are allocated at the discretion of the Notre Dame Catholic School Principal. Funds are awarded based upon need
- Breen Foundation Memorial Scholarship Fund
During his lifetime, Stephen greatly valued the education he received at Saint Andrew Catholic School and Nolan Catholic High School. Stephen’s wish for his Foundation is to help those children, and their families, who desire an education at a Catholic School in the Diocese of Fort Worth, afford it. Since inception, Stephen’s Foundation has provided more than $800,000.00 in tuition assistance, impacting the lives of over 1000 children from 700 families at all 20 schools in the Diocese of Fort Worth. Funds are awarded on the basis of need plus merit.
- Sisters of St Mary of Namur Scholarship Fund
The Congregation of the Sisters of St. Mary of Namur was established in Namur, Belgium in 1819, when religious communities were forbidden throughout Belgium and France.The Sisters of St. Mary came to the United States in 1863, to work as missionaries to the American Indians. Due to the confusion of the Civil War, the Sisters never reached the missions, but ended up in Lockport, New York, where they established a school for immigrant children.As demands for schools increased, more Sisters were sent from Europe, and in 1873 the Sisters arrived in Waco, Texas. Gradually following the path of the early railroad lines, the Sisters established academies in Ennis, Corsicana, Denison, Sherman, Fort Worth, Dallas and Wichita Falls. The Sisters of St. Mary of Namur have been pivotal to the establishment, growth, and perpetuation of Catholic education in Wichita Falls through their service in the schools and their continuing support of Notre Dame in prayer and financial gifts.
