Dear Parent/Guardian,

Thank you for your prayers and support as our school community navigates through an academic year unlike any other. Our faculty and staff continue to do everything in our power to ensure the health and safety of our students, while at the same time striving to facilitate academic excellence in an environment of grace. As we begin the Spring semester, our administrative team is also starting preparations for the 2021-2022 school year. With that in mind, please review the following information regarding student re-enrollment.

All currently enrolled students (excluding graduating seniors) are considered registered for the 2021-2022 school year. A $50 re-enrollment fee per family will be posted to your FACTS account on Feb. 14 and is due on Feb. 26. Please make arrangements to pay this in person at the school business office, or through your usual method of online payment.

Families who do not plan to re-enroll must notify the admissions office by 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 26 to opt out of this fee. A $50 late-notice fee will be charged to families who withdraw after this deadline. Please contact school president, Mr. Daniel Escobedo, before the deadline date if you are unable to meet these requirements.

Re-enrolling families will be contacted by the business office to complete a tuition agreement contract. Families who plan to apply for tuition assistance are also required to complete an online FACTS Grant & Aid application and pay their $50 re-enrollment fee by Feb. 26. All families must have a completed tuition agreement contract on file in order to finalize enrollment for the upcoming school year.
